How to Initiate a Return 


You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order for a smooth and hassle-free process. 


Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, make sure that: 


• Items are unused, in their original condition, and have all tags attached. 
• Items are returned in their original brand packaging. 
• A receipt or proof of purchase must be included. 


Refund Options 


Depending on your original payment method, here’s how refunds are processed: 


• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive the returned item. 
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 
additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items 


Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to: 


• Gift cards 
• Health and personal care items 
• Items marked as final sale 
• hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. 
Please note that given products are non-returnable. Before purchasing, check the product description to ensure it meets your needs. 


Exchange Policy 


We offer a one-time exchange for sizing issues. If the exchanged size still isn’t right, you have the option to return the item instead.

How to create a Return/Exchange request? 


Below are the steps that you need to follow to request for a "Return / Exchange”:  


• Click on 'My Account' in the tab bar and login. 
• Navigate to 'Exchange & Returns'. 
• Select 'Return' if you wish to request a return, and 'Exchange' if you desire to request an exchange. 
• Select 'Request New Returns' for a return or 'Request New Exchange' for an exchange. 
• Choose the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. 
• Specify the reason for the return or the preferred size for the exchange. 
• Ensure the accuracy of the pickup address. 
• Click on 'Submit Returns Request' for returns or 'Submit Exchange Request' for exchanges. 
• (Note: Exchanges for the same or different sizes are only available once.)

What is the timeline for Return and Refund? 


• Pickup: Your items will be collected within 7-14 business days. 
• Refund Process: The refund will be processed on the same day as the pickup and usually shows up within 7-14 business days. 
• Credit Transfer: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. 
(credit/debit card).  
• Bank Processing: Your refund will be in your bank account within 7-14 business days, depending on your bank. 

What is the timeline for the exchange process? 


Once you request an exchange, your item will be picked up within 7 to 14 days. The delivery of the new item will occur at the time of picking up the old item, ensuring a seamless exchange experience.
